Is there any news on Tyrell N6 update to Apple Silicon?

Hi, I'm a big fan of Tyrell N6 and was wondering if there are any news on a potential update to native Apple Silicon like all the other synths?

Being in the process of moving over to apple silicone from pc, I’m very interested in this!
Anybody know how it performs in Rosetta?

On my M2 Macbook Pro anything Rosetta is still faster than on an Intel machine. It doesn‘t even kick in the fans… Best if you use a host that can load both formats like Bitwig…

I’ve got an M1 Max and just installed Tyrell and gave it a go and it performs really well! I wouldn’t have known it wasn’t native silicone compatible if I had to guess. I’m using Ableton live so I guess it must load both formats. Never checked.Tj Shredder wrote: Mon Oct 14, 2024 2:54 am On my M2 Macbook Pro anything Rosetta is still faster than on an Intel machine. I forgot how great this synth sounds. It might be my favourite analog style synth by u-he oddly enough. I’d love to see them take it as is and just add what the others have in terms of MPE, clap and general compatibility, and then make it a budget synth for sale. They should get something for the effort and I think it would sell pretty decently priced low!

Urs just recently said a Tyrell update was coming soon, which is awesome. It's a cool little synth.

Just curious if it was the AU. There's some pretty cool shit that happens in the AU format compared to VST.Echoes in the Attic wrote: Sun Dec 15, 2024 4:35 pm I’ve got an M1 Max and just installed Tyrell and gave it a go and it performs really well! I have another plugin I use that hasn't been updated for Mx yet and the only way I can use it is via AU (which I hate doing). I'd prefer to only have one format on my machine... I'd prefer that to be CLAP but Ableton isn't on board.

Yeah it's the AUv2. Haven't tried the VST3 version as I had problems with the VST3 on windows and didn't bother.GruvSyco wrote: Sun Dec 15, 2024 6:22 pmJust curious if it was the AU. This was in the U-he Black Friday Sale thread...
...so shouldn't be long now.Urs wrote: Sun Dec 01, 2024 6:14 am For people with tight budgets, we are also going to soonishly publish a beta of TyrellN6 with reworked presets and all the latest underlying tech. There's one more technical issue to tackle for me which I hope I'll get done before the holidays.

Oh wow that’s amazing. I wonder what he meant by latest tech - like CLAP and full mpe and everything? Wow that would be cool.Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote: Sun Dec 15, 2024 10:46 pm This was in the U-he Black Friday Sale thread...

I don’t suppose there’s been an update to the status of this that I might have missed?

We had no time to look into a crucial bug before NAMM, so if there's any news it won't be before a few weeks after NAMM, once we're back in Berlin and over jet lag and past "debriefing" and analysis of NAMM aftermath.

Thanks for the update, I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait. Best of luck for the rest of NAMMUrs wrote: Mon Jan 20, 2025 5:23 pm We had no time to look into a crucial bug before NAMM, so if there's any news it won't be before a few weeks after NAMM, once we're back in Berlin and over jet lag and past "debriefing" and analysis of NAMM aftermath.
