Outersect Modeler Logic X is not recognized

I have purchased Outersect Modeler and installed it on two computers. It doesn't work in any of them.
Installed on a Mac Pro 5.1 with Logic 10.6--it doesn't recognize it, it doesn't even appear in the Logic X instrument manager even after scanning it many times.
Installed on a Mac Studio M1 with Logic 10.8.2---it doesn't recognize it, it doesn't even appear in the Logic X instrument manager even after scanning it many times.
According to them, this should apply:

macOS 10.13 or Later
64-bit Intel or Apple Silicon
AU/VST3

What is wrong please?

It turns out that on the laptop with Windows 10 and Ableton without problems. The installation process is the same as on a Mac, which rules out possible failure for that reason.
