Looks like Diva Stack Tune is not automatable? Is it bug or nobody ever planned it?

Probably a relic from the times when Ableton Live could only “see” the first 128 parameters, and thus we had to prioritize what we would make available such that Filter Cutoff could still be reached.

Can I submit it as bug?
On side note I've copied couple presets from Diva to Pro-800. I'm not sure what is analog after it

Can't it be MIDI learned and attached to some Midi CC?

It can be added to the MIDI Map and then a CC automated, yes. It's just more hassle depending on the DAW I guess.
