Can I use MIDI to drive the frequency of an EQ point?

I have the full suite and I'm using MAutoDynamic EQ. Is there a product in here that take MIDI input to automate the frequency to follow notes.

I want to use it to emphasise a melody in a guitar riff that is strumming chords.
