Then you might have noticed that ads (in general) in recent years became far much inclusive (and certainly no harm done, right?). I guess that's what he must refer to when talking about "hipsters".
(Another way to put it would of course be to say that Steinberg, Presonus et al have gone "woke"
- now it might dawn on you why I mentioned Peterson)

OK, hilariously, that has nothing at all to do with hipsters. Hipsters eat avo toast while riding ironic bicycles. And they're almost never "people of color".jens wrote: Fri Feb 02, 2024 7:24 pm Then you might have noticed that ads (in general) in recent years became far much inclusive (and certainly no harm done, right?). same word, but two unrelated groups, decades apart, being described by it at very different points in time.
An idiot on Set Theory:
"In some cases there is an object called red that contains everything that is red. In much the same way a pot is a plate."

can't remember Kerouac mentioning many bike-rides or Avocado-parties in On the Road.
I guess that description would apply to me though
@any Presonus, Steinberg, Bitwig or Reasonstudios staff who might read this: send me a PM to set the details on sending your filming-team over. (P.s.: I'm okay with Ableton too if need be - I don't use your stuff, but I won't tell anyone)

We're on the same page now. Hipsters are modern day beatniks. I know, I know, "but beatniks didn't vape!"jens wrote: Fri Feb 02, 2024 7:45 pm Says the dude who a moment ago claimed that the Beatniks all were hipsters...
