Wow! Very interesting! That’s definitely a very big plus! You also said it was Linux compatible, if I’m not mistaken. Are all of the controls accessible from the device, or does it require external software to configure things? How about upgrading the firmware? Is there a downloadable or online manual that those who have not yet purchased can access?

Check out Zebralette 3 beta, it's capable of some very unique sounds. Release a couple of days ago. It's buggy as hell and definitely not ready for prime time, but still fun to play around with.
Apart for that, i'd say Serum and for uniqueness, Reaktor's Razor.
