Hi Moss...
Thankyou for your great work!
You dont have a "donut"-site???? I would "donate" you, but i dont find any IBAN or something similar.... to support you???
However, in 18.8 (or so and BWS 4) it was POSSIBILY that the MASCHINE MK3 and the (bidirectonal) pitch and the modulaiton... multi-slider goes automatical back to ZERO after re-touching?
But now its not possibly anymore???? Why?

Thanks! Seems there was a bug with the parser and /indicate and /touch set the values to 0.tripleflows wrote: Mon Feb 05, 2024 8:19 amSure, here it is:moss wrote: Mon Feb 05, 2024 8:11 am Are we talking Open Stage Control accessed from Chrome? Hi Jürgen, just a tiny feature wish which come up using the SL mk3:
- slower knob speed for Bitwigs Browser.

Would be nice, because when scrolling through results (or categories), turning the knob is overly fast, in my experience.
Turning down the overall knob sensitivity in the controller settings wouldn't help, because for the parameters, knob sensitivity is really satisfying already - and would get too slow, if reduced. [Besides, changing knob sensitivity in the script settings isn’t affecting the Browsing anyway

NI MK3 has this MULTI_SLIDER: Pitch-Mod-Notes-Perform!
In Pitch-Mode (off this multi-slider) this slider is just a
(bidirectional) Pitch-slider, which goes automatically to ZERO after un-touch!
In DRIVEN BY MOSS 22.1 this pitch-slider (this same slider in PITCH_Mode) does not work bidrectional and does not ZERO after un-tuch!)
I can remember in DrivenbyMoss (18 XY) there was exact this slider
A) biredtional and
B) jumps to ZERO after untouch????

Has anyone managed to map the Korg Nanopad 2 which includes an X/Y pad?
Would be great to use the X/Y pad for the U-He synths, but having trouble trying to map it (via Flexi)
Is it possible a script could be added?
Many thanks

Hello, new Bitwig user here discovering the power of DrivenByMoss for my Launchpad Pro mk3. Thank you Jürgen for all the time you've spent on this lovely extension, and for still being around to communicate with everyone.
I have a few, hopefully small, feature requests and a bug to report.
I really enjoy the ability to navigate 8 columns/rows a time, either by holding session to enter the bird's eye view mode, or by using shift+navigation buttons.
Feature: For the bird's eye view mode, it would be nice if it had a temporary mode swap so it would return to the regular view after releasing if you held it down during your group selection.
Feature: Alternatively, it would also be useful if you could double tap a group in bird's eye view mode to zoom in on it and exit the mode.
Bug?: For shift+navigation buttons, this works great to navigate quickly without jumping to bird's eye view, but releasing shift still enters the shift menu, even after using the combination. So currently, whenever you navigate the session view in this way, you have to repress shift or session to exit the shift menu.
Edit: I stumbled upon some more weird behavior with the shift+navigation button combo on the mk3. If I'm in session mode, when I press then quickly, simultaneously release shift+left or right, it jumps 8 channels, switches to the shift menu for a split second, then switches modes to either note, chord, or custom mode, depending on the type of track that is now selected.
Thoughts? Are there any other ways of navigating the session view quickly?

Thank you very much for the wonderful script for Novation Launchkey Mini Mk3!
I have a couple of suggestions for improvement.
1. Session Mode:
When clips are launched, the pads blink green, is it possible to make them blink with their unique track color?
2. Dram mode:
When selecting tracks, the pads always light up yellow and only the drum machine lights up in its own unique color. Is it possible to load a different color when selecting all tracks, as is done in the Bitwig script by default?

Hi Moss,
there is some problem with color representation on AKAI APC40Mk2 (both native and moss script). The gear is brand new (used few months), Bitwig Studio works properly, OS W11Pro works fine...flawless, but color matching is TRAGIC. Problem occures with native and moss script. Problem is not with AKAI device, because it works almost perfect in Ableton Live 11. Also sent to Bitwig support. Sorry, but this is unusable.
I have made PDF with photos and screenshots, but it is too big to post it here so you can dowload it here https://filebin.net/1nvmkeqvdr9ffvo5/AP ... colors.pdf (it expires 6 days from now).
Thank you for an answer.

Hi Moss,
thank you for your great work.
I just bought a Novation Launchkey 88 an want to use it with Bitwig 5.1.3.
It behaves, as you discribed in your manual, exept that it doesn't show anything from Bitwig in it's internal display, only the hardware features of the Launchkey.
Do you know, how to fix this? I use a Macbook Pro with the Operating System 14.2.1 (23C71).
Thank you in advance for your much appreciated help,
Nikolas from Frankfurt
P.S. It would be great, if the up and down Buttons of the launchkey would switch thru the Buttons of the left side of the new Bitwig brouwser. Is that possible?

I have no plans to support this device. But you should be able to assign e.g. 2 CCs to different functions. It might be hard to auto-learn but you can also configure it manually in Generic Flexi.LFO wrote: Tue Feb 13, 2024 5:42 pm Has anyone managed to map the Korg Nanopad 2 which includes an X/Y pad?

It's quite hard (and sometimes impossible) to synchronize things due to how the Bitwig API works...Nomad_Dryad wrote: Tue Feb 13, 2024 8:11 pm Edit: I stumbled upon some more weird behavior with the shift+navigation button combo on the mk3.
