Yes, already possible... at the bottom of the menu for selecting pitchbend amount is a lock option. You have to lock both up and down.Chalisque wrote: Tue Feb 20, 2024 3:36 pm 2. Locking pitch bend while changing presets would be nice. (Is this already possible?)

For comparison: Zebra2 Supersaw detuning law is different:
Left channel. Right channel looks the same.

Congrats on the beta release, I'm absolutely loving this thing!
The new oscillator editor makes it incredibly easy to make morphing basses even before using the osc fx & without any filters. The additive engine is really great for making cymbals/hats, too!

Using poly aftertouch on spectral distortion, really messed up sounds! Can't wait for the full mpe implementation to work. But for now I really enjoy designing beautiful and ugly sounds in sort intuitive way, without fully understanding some of features.

Stupid question here, so all apologies in advance. Can users of Zebralette 2.9.3 seamlessly upgrade to 3 once the testing period is over, or is it a whole new instrument that won't be compatible with presets made with the current version?

Zebralette 3 is a totally new synth and is not preset compatible.Cardenio wrote: Wed Feb 21, 2024 4:35 am Stupid question here, so all apologies in advance. I believe Urs mentioned a somewhat deeper tutorial series on the wave editor at some point later on down the road? I've been going through the manual and some of the documentation about the "toolbox" can be a bit difficult to understand without some sort of visualization.

I'll certainly do more videos if time permits.
I've done a few I'm-depth videos with an earlier version. While the UI looks different, it's still the same tool set:
Curve Editing:
Morphing:
Guides and stuff
If I find the time I'll do similar videos with the current UI. However, I'm not quite sure what's waiting for me after vacation, I might have dozens of tickets lined up.

Yeah I watched all of those last year but we didn't have Zebralette 3 to follow along with them. These videos are a lot more informative then I thought they would end up being since I figured tons of things would change within the editor. But thankfully not too much of it did.

Feature Request
I create alot of binaural sounds. To do that I have for example one oscillator with a sine of 75 Hz, the other oscillator on 80 Hz. Each oscillator gets panned, one to the left, the other to the right.
If you listen to this with a headphone, the brain starts to "oscillate" on the frequency, that is the difference of 80-75 Hz, thus 5Hz.
I wish Zebra would have the possiblity to put in or see at least the fundamental in Hz. Don't know exactly in what section, but it would help.
