How Come TAL Sampler Doesn't Allow For Exact BPM Changes?

I read in the manual you can use Strech to slow or speed up the BPM, but I was looking for something like in Serato Sampler or Ableton where you can change the exact BPM. Did I read the manual wrong or is that just not a feature?

Yeah me too, oldschool style. Just play with the tune and fine. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I think it sounds better than time stretch or slice, at least in TAL-SAMPLER.

TAL Drum can sort of do it if you don't mind playing MPC style.. It's not quite like Ableton or any of that, but you can set the time stretching to work based on a bpm or a fixed ratio.
