I had a problem with my card and was on a small land trip. I've tried several attempts to pay and complete this offer, including two tries in which Uncle E, further me with USA links that nope, wouldn't work at my country.
Last night did my last try, that again failed. So this morning went to the bank, where they could fix my issue. Came back home, a bit anxious, expecting to complete the order. And yes, the cart showed SF17 suite sale there, but on checkout
What to do then? As most times before, "an email to Uncle E will solve this last moment hurdle" said the shining lightbulb. But I've met the following response; "I apologize, the sale is now over".
Uuuu, my several days, if not weeks of attempts, emails, and waiting are now over. No cigar and no tools renovation.
So in consolation, I remember to myself that Sound Forge 17 is very, very similar to version 15 and 14, which I already own, together with more earlier SONY Creative licenses...
The thing, the problem I face still lies in that I have consistently found issues with licensing on these last years: One day I open my tools, and the unregistered window splashes over my screen, typically when I am on tour, on bad internet or when I need internet protections on insecure places.
Magix support team has been of no help, even avoiding direct contact with me (no email responses) after I posted on their forums. So I though, why not throw money (sale money, that is) to the problem? then they will respond.
///The more I see this situation, the more derailed my logic and actions look. And I miss the times (pre-2017) when Uncle E would support all of my abject and even silly reason and wants. My late contacts have been much more foreseeable (In business terms) and perfectly correct, excellent communication nevertheless.
At this late age, I suppose these all are part of growing. Not that funny ride though...
