It refuses description, allowing only the vague approach of adjectives: dark, light, raw, angelic. Who or what is making these noises? Where are they coming from and what do they point to? What kind of entity can leave such a troubling sonic remnant?

I'm concerned that they might become unusable after a while — for example, when a developer stops developing and Max/MSP gets updated. How reliable is the backward compatibility of Max/MSP? Will a newly purchased Max for Live device work for years, even without updates? Some user experiences here?
I am no expert, but I don't think MAX has ever broken backwards compatibility, its more a case of them adding new stuff...MAX 6 through to 8 was certainly compatible, the only issues are sometimes different colours etc....I have tones of MAX things, never had a problem.

I have to say I am REALLY liking the new, colourful-illustrated-outlined design direction a lot of M4L devices take, and like Little Fuse shows, even free ones. Still fits with Live's design language and looks very inviting and easy on the eyes.

P_4L II
P_4L II is a synthesizer built around the incredible and iconic Plaits eurorack module by Mutable Instruments.
It's also an elaboration of an earlier device - just way better now.

[[ This device is currently only available for mac - It doesn't work on Windows ]]* :x
