Can MCCGenerator "expand" MIDI notes?

Hi folks,

Bit of a weird one this, but can MCCGenerator help me do the following?

If I play F2 on my keyboard, MCCGenerator should output A0.

And If i play F4, it should output C8.

And all the notes in between F2-F4 should be spread out evenly between A0 & C8.

The notes outside of F2-F4 range are not important.

I was hoping Piz MIDI might have a tool to do this but as yet i can't find anything.

MCCGen does not do it. Have a look at CodeFN42's MIDI Mapper (tread carefully as Norton Safe Web reports some threats on that site).
