I really don't get why they have let N2O rot though, even though they still promote it as one of their classic plugins, and I think for me it is their best by far

The N20 is great. The filter on that is insane.

Been using PSP since i've been member here. There stuff is top shelf in my opinion. I was using Ozone (and lots more) but i met them at NAMM and brought them a gift. They gave me a mini bottle of vodka labeled PSP, a T shirt (which is one of only two branded shirts i will wear) and gave me a hefty discount on everything which i proceeded to buy most of. They were very cool guys, we had a great time. I have been a happy audio camper ever since. Neon, Xenon, the delays, spring reverbs, EQ pack, 2445, and MasterComp get regular every day usage.

If you want PSP FX in a modular interface, give Voltage Modular and the PSP modules a chance. Great solution in my opinion.

i'm hopeful they have a new version of it sooner or later.. repackaged like they did w/the delay. PSP 85 -> PSP 285.

fingers crossed

20 years with PSP here. I was an early adopter of mix pack and vintage warmer in the early 2000s with an old digidesign pro tools Daw from tha late 90s that didn't even have midi yet. Ever since, any time I'm tempted to buy a new, flashy, game-changer plugin I try the demo against PSP and TDR. Such process has saved me thousands of dollars...
I also love that in the very few occasions that I contacted PSP for different reasons, it was always Antoni who replied directly. Not only is he the tallest guy in the industry but also the kindest and most dedicated, quite possibly.

oneway wrote: Tue Mar 19, 2024 2:35 pm PSP's plugins have been really useful to me the last year. Their plugins caught my eye after enjoying their modules in Voltage Modular, but I assumed that newer plugins must have bested their mixing plugins by now. Wrong!

I had a somewhat tricky master recently and found using two limiters necessary to get the sense of loudness I was looking for. I recalled that PSP Xenon used a two-stage limiter so I got the trial and, sure enough, it worked great. OldTimerME is also fantastic.

Anyone else utilizing PSP and loving them? Their stuff is very usable. Not sure why I assumed that everything newer in software must be an improvement... their work is worth checking out. Xenon came out in, what, 2008?
I still use their plugins. I've god the 608 MultiDelay, B-Scanner, L'otary, and Pianoverb. And their FX modules for Voltage Modular.
I wish I could sing as well as the voices inside my head...

Will give it a demo. Have you tried BinAmp? I think it’s one of the best hands down.

VW was my first plugin. Used it to beef up Reason tracks. 🤘🏻
