Plethora of AI "Stem Separation" tools out there - all using the same code?

There are more and more AI "stem separation" tools popping up every day yet most of them appear to be the same thing with a different UI. "Removal/Isolate vocals from track", "Separate a track into Vocal, Bass, Drums and Other", etc.
Even a big name plugin developer like Izotope has the same "break it into 4 stems: Vocal, Bass, Drums and Other" tool.
I can't imagine all of these developers have created their own AI stem separation algorithms from scratch. Is there some published AI library code that all of these processors are using?
Also, many of these tools are web-based so I am curious if they are perhaps linking to the same back-end AI process - like maybe UVR5 or OpenVoice? Otherwise, why are they all so similar and produce such similar/identical results?
