I updated from 4960X/Win 7 with SATA SSD. Live 10 took around 7-8 seconds to start on it. No M.2 ports, did not want to upgrade it either.
That Live 12 speed looks fab compared to 11

I also like that Max is started as part of the splash screen now... I used to hate the fact that Live 11 would be 'ready' but then you can't do things and down in the corner is the sneaky 'starting max'.
Does it even run on 64-bit?
Its now 64 bit - VST3 - Clap compliant - currently free while in beta - easily the fastest loading DAW to use as a scratchpad. Development is slow......
