Well there's been a few version updates since January, so...
Instachord has a Strum feature.
Is there a vst I can use to make a "strum" effect when I play chords?

- here is a MIDI strumming preset I made for ReaJS. Works on REAPER or VST2 with Windows.EDIT: Works with AU CLAP & VST3 if used with YSFX instead of ReaJS
Play the chord, then strum it.
Hopefully it helps someone looking for the same thing like I was.
