Well there's been a few version updates since January, so...
Instachord has a Strum feature.

Bump :clown: - here is a MIDI strumming preset I made for ReaJS. Works on REAPER or VST2 with Windows.
EDIT: Works with AU CLAP & VST3 if used with YSFX instead of ReaJS :D
Play the chord, then strum it.
Hopefully it helps someone looking for the same thing like I was.

Nice, but that's for guitar. OP wanted to play any chord (non-guitar) and strum it via midi. And my preset is free 8)
