Agreed! I'm finding it super useful at very low values to make samples and loops feel a bit less static . I'd love to learn of anything that does this really subtle moment and variance stuff better...Uncle E wrote: Fri Apr 19, 2024 5:10 pm btw, I installed Randomachine, and while it's not going to take the world by storm, it does what I was hoping for. Set trigger to Sync and Pitch, Pan, and Ambience to 10 (forget its other effects), and it gives nice subtle movement to static sounds. A lot of people probably won't need it but Luna is particularly ineffective when it comes to things like this.

There's a sale here on KVR for PSP BinAmp until April 30. Is it any good? Never used PSP stuff.
Edit: tried it out, sounds great, but I'll just save up for now. A very specific type of saturation, you should try it out.

Does Softube give you access to the mk1 FET compressor when getting the mk2?
Also what is the deal with Cubase13 and the licensing changes? I am still on 11 Pro.. To be honest 149eu to upgrade to 13 is not little money but someone told me that from 2025 onwards (soon-ish basically) you will not be able to upgrade the licences you have on the e-licenser????
I am asking a question about this.. I have no idea if that is true. Anyone here that can shed some light before I email Steinberg?

I don't think that's quite right. I think it's that you cannot reactivate some of the old products if they are on e-licenser but nearly all of the products have now been switched over already. There was a thread on the Steinberg forums but I can't find it right now.Sindikhate wrote: Sat Apr 20, 2024 4:32 pm Does Softube give you access to the mk1 FET compressor when getting the mk2?

"Will I be able to upgrade my eLicenser-based product to Steinberg Licensing after the end of the eLicenser service?
No, upgrading your eLicenser-based product to Steinberg Licensing after the end of the eLicenser service won't be possible anymore."
