LV2 for plugins would be nice (and maybe integrated JACK+JACK-midi support in addition ASIO and MME). (It would make a native Linux version more likely

(Although I guess the big issue is the windowing toolkit needing to be ported, as it's not using any existing cross-platform framework, by the look of things.)
