My second time contributing to a project of a life-long friend. I did all of the guitar parts. Rhythm parts (6- and 12-string) were tracked in my home studio and the lead in my friend's studio during a visit last summer. My wife shot the videos of me.

There's not enough 12 string guitar on KVR, so welcome comrade!
Interesting mix of electronics and guitar stuff there. Think the rhythm guitar could do with bumping up a bit though as it's very quiet in parts.

I really don't play it enough. After a tune up a couple of years ago by a local guitar tech, it sounds amazing (also: loud through an amp). My friend (the composer / producer here) originally asked for acoustic guitar and instead he got my semi-hollow through a DigiTech acoustic simulation and the 12-string. To me they were first pass, "is this what you want?" tracks, but he liked and used them. The two instruments blended nicely, IMO.donkey tugger wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2024 2:57 am There's not enough 12 string guitar on KVR, so welcome comrade!
I agree, but: not my production.Interesting mix of electronics and guitar stuff there. Think the rhythm guitar could do with bumping up a bit though as it's very quiet in parts.
