Studio One problem with Midi generators llike Scaler and Harmony Bloom not in sync with BPM

This is driving me insane I've tried changing latency settings on my Babyface and trying different combinations of dropout protection, trying zero latency mode and I still get this issue where plugins like Scaler and Harmony Bloom are seemingly playing at a different BPM to the track BPM.

They will start in sync but over time drift out of sync, like 2 records will do when not beat matched perfectly

Midi drawn on the grid will play fine, likewise input from midi keyboard is fine for controlling virtual instruments and in sync, it's just these generator plugins that Studio One isn't seemingly sending the correct BPM to them

Anybody got any ideas what I can do to fix this ??
