Exporting video in Waveform Pro stretches/changes output resolution or aspect ratio?

Hello everyone!

I used my recording equipment to record a friend live, and planned to sync my audio with the video he took with his phone and export it as one video-it went well except for the fact that the videos' dimensions are stretched to comical proportions after I export it. Is there some setting I can tweak to export the video at the same resolution and aspect ratio that I imported it as?

If possible, use the "Export: Render and replace audio track in video..." to avoid re-encoding the video.

Otherwise can you share the video with me via dropbox and I'll see whats going wrong.
