New member = iMac (MacOS) can't find a way to my load key...

I get the message below when I try to access the app and go back to MuTools and keep going through this loop. Can't find the area in the upper left corner to click and load the key.

Can't find the 'App' sub-folder.
Are you sure you have installed the full package?

MacOS: Make sure the app file is not in quarantine. Eventually use 'Quarantine Remover' to free the app file.
