I just got information that I have won in Valhalla giveaway from Videobolt. What can someone recommend to me as an owner of VintageVerb? I wasn't sure where to ask this.

It took some of years to acquire IK's offering through multiple groups buys, it looks like they're mopping up with this version before they become legacy. ARC also is up yo V4 now.

I noticed, when max is registered it consolidates previous purchases and gives 5 activation slots.......just sayin

But yes for $45-$49 this is a great opportunity for you to get all the TRacks plugins. I use them in every track.

Out of curiosity, what have been the differences between T-Racks versions? Do they update all of them to something new, update a few of them but keep the others, or just add new ones?

Each version of T-Racks gets several new plugins added to the pile. They rarely update previous versions' plugins beyond compatibility/gui stuff.
