No, some people are just insulted that their loyalty (which you have acknowledged) is often not rewarded to their satisfaction. Those Jam Points were earned from previous purchases and yes I'm sure they're popular with loyal users since they often need to use them to get a better deal than someone who has had no loyalty at all to IK.Peter - IK Multimedia wrote: Fri Jun 14, 2024 4:00 pm You can use JamPoints for an extra up to 30% off that a new user cannot get. I understand that many are concerned with what deal someone else can get but... sometimes promotions are priced the same for everybody yet loyal customers do still have opportunity for a better deal. Since JamPoints are used on a vast majority of the purchases by loyal users I'd say it is popular among our loyal users.
In my case it got me $7 even though it looks like my first purchase from Ik was over fifteen years ago and I have 120 entries under "My Products". If I add up all I've spent on TRacks over the years going back to version one on a physical CD it probably would add up to the retail asking price or pretty close.
Most of us have just accepted that's the way you do business so don't get defensive if we get upset at times. Never forget it's not you who is paying our salaries....quite the opposite.
Everything has been discussed publicly many times over the years so taking it private would be pointless. To be honest you'd probably do yourself and IK a favor if you just stayed out if it. At times your pas-agg attitude can do more harm than good.Peter - IK Multimedia wrote: Fri Jun 14, 2024 4:00 pmI see you have a lot of negativity toward IK, if you have a specific issue you'd like to discuss feel free to PM me or reach out via the contact methods available on our web site.
At any rate even though it didn't leave me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside I purchased T-Racks Max directly from your site so you're welcome....again.
