Wayford, are you still designing skins? I don't use any of the ones in your set, but at this point it's pretty clear Waves has no plans to redo UIs for any of their f-ugly plugins that need it most. As old as they look, some are still in rotation for sound design -- Doppler, Enigma, Z-Noise -- all could use a major facelift.

It's good, the best I'd say, but sometimes misses sales on developers' official sites. And there's another one: https://audiobazooka.commaldomusica wrote: Mon Jun 24, 2024 3:37 pm Just to remember this page they recommended with the history of the offers:

Obviously Uncle E is just having fun with the super flash 26$ deals for celebrating the 26th Anniv.
What's wrong with it? I don't get mad if it is very limited stocks only available.

I still design skins (mainly trying to do for manufacturers right now), but at the moment I'm not sure if anyone wants more skins. I don't want to turn this thread into me talking about my personal life, so to keep it concise, I've had some rough times (as everyone else), but now much better. Still need way more financial support at the moment (and I try to work more).
I wish I could redesign all the Waves plugins, but there are several problems with that 1) I genuinely don't know which Waves plugins people own the most (I could make a poll), 2) how much would someone pay for it? (one skin for $3 with just 4 people buying it is really little unfortunately). I'm very familiar with Waves GUI framework and once had an idea to turn WavesTune LT into something that would look better than Melodyne. But who would buy it?
Ideal solution would be working for Waves. Of course, it's just a dream now. I'm not even 20, but I still wish I could be a designer there, I will try contacting them. I do have that something, which would make bringing me over to the HQ extremely smooth in terms of docs (if you know you know).
Edit: if you have any requests or suggestions, I made a thread here: viewtopic.php?t=611867

Very limited stock. It's our 26th Anniversary Sale and I'm combing through licenses sitting in our inventory, adding what I find to the $26 sale and then taking them out once they're gone:Figg23 wrote: Mon Jun 24, 2024 8:38 am I'm curious, so maybe Uncle E can curb that. There seems more and more often to be deals advertised on JRR for really cheap prices only for them to disappear after half an hour or so. For example, a couple of days ago, Softube Model '82 and '72 were advertised for $26 but out of stock. Today U-he Twangström was $26 for about an hour. Now, it's been stated by Uncle E himself that he double checks everything so that mistakes and glitches on the shop don't occur. So what's actually happening? Licenses being sold before they're secured? Very limited stock? As I said, there's a lot of speculation on other forums that this is baiting but also surprise as JRR is a great shop who are unlikely to do that sort of thing. It'd be nice to get some sort of clarification so that rumours and dissent don't spread.

Coffee is wonderful. I had to switch to Puroast because the 6 cups of Starbucks I was drinking a day burned a hole in my esophagus.Figg23 wrote: Tue Jun 25, 2024 5:45 am Thanks man. So best way is to be logged in 24 hours a day and hopped up on caffeine to catch the bargains. Keep 'em coming

Hey,
I get alot of offers via e-mail from various companies (coupons, deals, etc). I just ignore them. Do you check on newsletter offers? Are there companies that make good offers in particular or is it just a waste of time?
