Hi,
As a new customer, I used the MPluginManager, which seems to have installed - as I understand it - the brand-new v17 beta version of the plugins I purchased (including MXXX and MSound Factory).
Since we're talking about beta versions, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised to have to report a problem. In both plugins mentioned, I got several error message windows, concerning a specific problem:
The window reads as follows:
"Error loading control N of type.
Error know template (NNN) is not available. Please install the newest version of the software"
where N is a number (e.g. 20) and NNN a label (e.g. 30 Fernando A).
The fact is that knobs are missing from the GUI, which means that the parameters in question cannot be used as intended.
My question is: can I safely leave the beta zone by running MAudioPlugin 16.11? Do I have to uninstall everything before doing so? Or is there already a solution to the above problem?

Please contact martin@meldaproduction.com about it. Rewinding back isn't that simple, but it will work, Martin will guide you. We could still use information about the problems, so we can fix them.

Mmixingrevolution will happen with v17 or later?
