Bitwig beta not reloading controller extension after re-compile

I'm not sure if it was the update to the latest beta that triggered this, but I am now having to exit and restart Bitwig in order to get it to reload my updated .bwextension every time I recompile (working in Java here). Up until a couple of days ago it used to reload automatically pretty much instantly. Is it just me?! It's like going back to the bad old days of Ableton Live python development...

In case it helps anyone else, I flagged this up with Bitwig support and they have already fixed it in Beta 10
