Meldway grand piano. Can't activate it

Hello. I have install the free version of MsoundFactory. I have install Meldway grand piano. I have the product key, i copy the number and paste it. The error message is: The product key don't work for this product. So, i can' t activate the plugin. Is someone experiment this problem ?
