So, I finally got a laptop and was planning to work on some beats in my bed as a way to help me fall asleep earlier. I always assumed that it was a simple matter of copying over the folder but that doesn't work. I go to Insert User Key on the computer I originally installed it on and its there but there is no way to copy it. I checked my email thinking it must be there but its not. Can't imagine I would delete it. Is the program tethered to one computer only? I am supposed to get another user key for another computer?

You're allowed to use your user key on up to 3 of your own computers.
But you have to explicitly insert your user key in each install.

How often to you re-install windows?
You'll also need it anytime you do that.
