We don't have that, no 'relative' mode either. It's an idea we have in our ever-expanding list of future improvements to consider, but I can't say when or even if.

Unfortunately, this should have been a long time feature for all VSTs since long. I think the audio software industry will never be really mature until considering hardware controls as a foundation. It needs too many workarounds and compromises. Along all these little things that make musical life more efficient, the lock function on parameters was the decisive feature that made me switch to U-he. Little thing, great usability.
