...and when I do register it it says Registration Complete! but still hisses every 30 seconds or so. I've been using Pro since version 11 and haven't had any issues with it until recently.

Any thoughts?

Could it be waveform itself, or another of the included .VST's , not registered?

Collective is a hisser that, once in a rare while, unregisters itself for me. Can be a nuisance to track down.

It's definitely Mastermix, I can mute the hiss by turning off the plugin...

This might warrant a zendesk support ticket. Something's definitely not right.

This indeed was the answer. Brian at Zendesk has sent me a new activation key file and I'm back up and running.
