Problems with Tracktion and new VST instruments

Hi, guys!
I’m testing Tracktion and it’s cool! But I have a problem inserting a new VST instrument (synful Orchestra and ERSdrums):
After I install the new VST (in the right path, of course), Tracktion includes the VST dll in the list “Files to ignore”. I tried to delete the file from this list, but after the new scanning the file appears again in this list and I can't insert in a track .
Any suggest? Thanks!

Its possible you have an ID conflict with an existing plug..
Try temporarily moving all the contents of your plug-in folder to another directory (except your new plug) and see if it works then.. if it does, re-introduce your old plugs one by one (starting with the ones you use most) until you find out which one causes the conflict..

I created a new directory on my C: drive for VST plugin instead of the default one and pointed Tracktion to it; since then I've had zero problems with VST's not loading (including Ersdrum and synful). Probably unrelated, but maybe something to try?

Thanks, Ezy Raider, but I have all the VST plugins in another folder (C:\VST). I included this path in the Tracktion plugin settings and the rest of the VST's placed in this folder works fine.
But the new ones (in this case, synful and ersdrums) appears in the "ignore list" . I tried to reinstall them in the Tracktion original plugin folder, without success: They are in the damn ignore list yet!

What you need to do, one way or another, is to scan your plug-in directories with no plugs present other than the problematic new one(s).
If it works, then the problem is an ID conflict, and you just need to work out which other plug is causing it.
If not, the problem is more fundamental..

Every vst plug is identified to the host by a 4 character "ID".centinel wrote:Platinumears, I will try your suggest, but ¿what "ID conflict" means?
If two plugs have the same ID, only one will work..

Platinumears, I moved all the VST's to another folder except ersdrum and synful, but the problem didn't solve: Now I haven't VST instruments but two ignored files, ersdrum and synful dll's! I scaned and started Tracktion without old VST's, but without success. You talked about "more fundamental" problem...
