Is it possible to connect my novation Launchpad Mini to Waveform as a controler?
How can I do that if it is possible. I see it listed under Control Surfaces as "Novation ReMote SL, and Novation Automap Universal.
I am a newfer MIDI, someone gave this to me. Just wondered if I could use it.

I'm unaware of any specific integration for Launchpad Mini in Waveform but you should find that you can use Launchpad Mini in User Mode to function as a playable surface. You could also manually map software parameters to pads of your choice.
If you're on Windows, have you installed the Launchpad Mini driver yet? Available from the 'Downloads' page on the Novation website. ReMote SL is a different product.

I have a first gen LaunchPad (a 10$ yard sale pick-up) and it works perfectly fine. The one bugaboo I found was that Win 10 for some reason likes to ignore the unit after any system restart. Once I have Waveform open I simply unplug and replug the connector until it's re-recognized.
I did create a Custom Control Surface for it (see settings) and it was easy to configure it to act as I wanted via midi learn. All of the pads, sliders, knobs and transport work perfectly fine.
