Yeah there are a lot of nice to have plug-ins to do in Patchwork... There are already a couple of free ones available though. Have you tried for example the pizmidi plug-ins?

Have : Transpose Midi FX / Velocity Midi FX / Key Limit Range Midi FX / Midi CC Filter FX / that would be perfect for me

Ancient and not supported any longer on modern Macs (download is not even available). Yeah we actually have had a pretty extensive list of MIDI stuff in mind for a while!
