OPx-4 Pro Motion expansion issue

Has anyone bought this & has it working ok?

I have the OPx-4 synth working fine on the windows MPC daw & on my Live II, but the expansion won't work on either of them.

I've redownloaded & reinstalled the windows expansion pack .exe just to be sure.

I have also double-checked the folder location / names for the Live II version, so unless the contents of the zip were wrong, then it's as per the instructions stated in the pdf.

Both setups keep complaining that there's 'no valid licenses available' on both setups whenever I try to use one of the expansions' presets.

All my other plugins & mpc expansions work fine, it's just this one won't.

( bought through the KVR Marketplace via paypal if that makes any difference )

Have you registered the serial inside your inMusic Account either via the Software Manager or on the MPC?

I didn't get a serial.

The email from kvr contained a code / link for plugivery, which shows no serial after registering.

Where the serial should be it says "download links in serial label below"

The email I received from Air contains no serial either, just links to the 3 download versions along with the following text :

"Serial Number (or Activation Code) : download links in serial label below"

Purchased directly from AIR the licence will have been saved directly into your inMusic account, 3rd party you should have got a serial sorry for the trouble. Could you send me a PM and we will get this sorted for you.
