Dear team, I’ve been using your plugins for a long time, and many of them need a well overdue update as the GUI’s are incredibly dated and totally eclipsed by competing developers, particularly the midi generators. IMO, the following plugins need a newly evolved V2 release ASAP please 🙏 :

- Consequence
- Thesys
- Egoist
- Obscurium

Some of the older GUI’s can be so fiddly and confusing, so some more modern front end graphics and fresh new features would be really welcome.

Hopefully these are in the works, or perhaps some completely new ideas…

Many thanks

James

It seems that Sugar Bytes are more focused on creating new software instead of refreshing old software. This is understandable and the new Dialekt is a prime example of this. Looking forward to the release of more new and interesting products.

I think about Thesys needing a major overhaul constantly. We are juggling ideas and maybe it will see the light of day when the plan is good enough.

Thanks for your response and sending you enthusiastic best wishes for your creative roadmap 🙏

Revisiting previous releases with updates be they paid or free creates an environment of trust and long term satisfaction. Having a sense of one off with no long term vision other than compatibility updates is not what I want from plugins that I actually depend on.

You should revive Era, still one of the best step sequencers even after 20 odd years
