MPluginManager doesn't show my product

Entered my S/N for Meldway Grand on the Melda site. It accepted my S/N and gave me a key for Meldway Grand.

I downloaded and launched MPluginManager. However, MPluginManager doesn't think I own any licenses and doesn't accept the key.

I've been running various DAWs and installed hundreds of plugins over the last 30 years and this is the first system I just cannot figure out. What the heck am I missing?

The instructions on the MeldaProduction site says it should show plugins to install after it checks my account. It doesn't. It seems broken to me.
