Tracktion Waveform Stuck Rendering When Exporting

Have an issue where when trying to export my edit, waveform gets stuck at 30% rendering. I have a pop up when first opening my project that says "this edit contains references to plugins not installed on this machine". However, I have no problems exporting other edits/projects while displaying the same message.
Not sure what to do here.

Sounds like a rogue plugin. Some of them behave differently during a render. They can also be a part of your edit invisibly if they are in a Rack that you have deleted but chose not to remove entirely. If you open the CPU usage window you might note plugins that are in Racks that remain. From that window you can disable plugins but to really remove the Rack entirely you have to re-add it to a track and go through the proper process (ie choose the 'Renove Rack' button when asked).
Surely there must be consensus by now...

Ok I did that (disable plugin rack by adding it to a track and deleting it when prompted) but still the render gets stuck on export. Maybe not a plugin issue?

Hard to say, as there is definitely no "thing that stops renders". What you will probably need to do is tedious experimentation. Either remove a single thing at a time until the rendering works or go in the other direction - add a single thing at a time to an empty edit until the rendering stops. Something somewhere is doing something. It's not happening here; it's happening there.
One thing you can look at is the log file (Settings -> Maintenance -> Show the Log File) although I have to say it is almost never useful. But who knows? You might get lucky and it will actually point you in the right direction instead of being completely silent on relevant details.

Another thing to try: open the project, disable half the plugins, and do a test render. If it works, it's one of the disabled ones. If it doesn't work, disable the other half and try again.
Assuming that works, disable half of THOSE plugins, and repeat.
In theory, you can isolate which plugin is causing the issue by eliminating half each time.
If the problem continues despite turning off the plugins, there's a deeper issue--possibly hardware-related.

Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.

The only similar experience I've had turned out being a bunch of automations on various tracks all lining up at the end of an intro. I got around it by rendering each one individually before doing the export.
