e: I think you get the current version for subbing their Patreon too. Should be way cheaper. At least it was like that a few months ago.

so, if you subscribe for 3 or 4 months you'll get what exists now and a few updates along the way.. but it's worth subscribing regardless. there's some gems in the patreon.

Installing Cabbage and getting it to play Lore as downloaded from Github inside the IDE is really easy. I am having a bit of a challenge getting the exported VST to do anything; I suspect it has something to do with where the include folder gets placed.

Anyway, this is getting off topic for this thread and I won't post anymore here. Off I go to find more info. The Lore Discord invite in a related thread (viewtopic.php?t=592120) is expired or something now.

FYI, autochroma eats about 10% of my CPU when turned on. I am testing it on a track with Pianoteq 8. It makes some cool textures; so far I have just flipped through some presets. CPU is a 13th Gen Core i7-13700(H) (Dell XPS, 64 GB of RAM). I think for $30 on sale it is worth having.
