CHORDPRISM V2 cannot be activated

I activated CHORDPRISM V1 in Logic (show signature)
Now I wanted to activate V2 after the update, but that doesn't work, even though the name, email and serial number of the V1 are identical.
- Activation: Failed
- Seriennumber
- 400: invalid email adress

Can you help me?
