What company is hummmmm? What sale?

Congratulations but you still have an external drive next to your laptop instead of a card that is put in the laptop. If a SD-card was only for external use and couldn't be put in the side of laptop the point of the technology would not exist. The Noodlist wrote: ↑Sat Sep 14, 2024 7:15 amI got a larger 1TB Lexar SSD and USB enclosure for a cost effective portable drive solution at £50 ish.
Good for backups, transferring large files, etc. Better performance than the previous setup.

Exactly. My SD card sits exactly flush with the side of my laptop. Completely unobtrusive.

Yeah that's me, I tried Melda but couldn't deal with their UI so I avoid them now. I'm sure they are quality other than the UI but I can't get past the UI.

Plugin boutique new deals layout sucks. They haven’t even put the deal expiration dates anywhere. Part of me feels like they are experimenting to see whether this leads to more sales. It’s they are indeed doing this, I hope it backfires and they lose a shit ton of money over it. I am tired of our capitalist shitbag overlords experimenting on us, like at krogers they are using ai to determine your sex and age, and cross referencing it against items and demand for them, and changing prices on the fly so they can gouge you. Everything is getting deoptimised in the name of profit, and now it looks like it has come to plugins. If they don’t add back the end dates then I am boycotting. There was already mention of this earlier and they said they were paying attention, yet he haven’t fixed this. It’s leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Part of that has to do with less info on how to use them. Reaper was like that until more tutorials came out.wayford wrote: ↑Mon Sep 16, 2024 9:29 amI mean these companies are doing well financially from what it seems. I have read a lot that people don't buy Melda plugins for example simply because they don't like the UI or it's too convoluted for them. That's a lot of potential customers who are turned off by design.
Investing in a good UI is worth it, both from my personal experience and from the financial perspective.
But I'll stop. This wasn't the place for this anyway, I apologise on my end. Tools are tools - if they work well, that's what mostly matters. I'll go use my Delay Lama...

For Plugin Boutique I simply filter by brand and have found this to be the quickest, easiest way to find what interests me. It doesn't work on sounds though and it would be nice if they have an additional filter to find them directly by the plugin they're for.
Sorry to say, but JRRShop search functions are terrible for searching by brand as you always get one or two of the brand you're searching mixed in several pages of brands that have nothing to do with them. Sometimes it works, but more often then not, it feels like having to rummage around in a bargain bin. All the while knowing that not everything is a bargain. And there's been a few times when things just disappear, both in search and your cart.
I like JRRShop, but I have to be ready for a shopping chore before I venture there...

I like JRR as well but the site is the worst one I go to for plugins as far as design.BBFG# wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 1:28 pm For Plugin Boutique I simply filter by brand and have found this to be the quickest, easiest way to find what interests me. The full bundle is a great deal, but $1 for Sampletank? Is that correct? I have it already, but I would recommend it to a few of my friends.crisis-at-music wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 11:02 am Humble Bundle IK Pro Sound Suite
40 items from IK Multimedia including Sampletank 4, Miroslav Philharmonik CE, many Syntronik synths... for 27.23 €.

Of course, it would be better to give more than that since it helps charities.

Sorry about that! Please click on a category and then you'll be able to filter by manufacturer, category, price, and what's on sale. For example:BBFG# wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 1:28 pm For Plugin Boutique I simply filter by brand and have found this to be the quickest, easiest way to find what interests me. It shows 64 GB on the Humble Bundle page:
EDIT: It is indeed 90 GB so the text on the Humble site is incorrect.

And what I get searching "Cherry Audio" is a single plugin from them followed by several instances of UA interfaces...
If there is a second page, then there may be a couple more on the second page mixed in with some other company. It's always this way.
Currently getting "1053" errors.
Working now. Better than ever!
