I just want something to scan all my samples and allow me to browse them in context to a track playing and realtime export to the track in correct key. Iwas happy with Loopmaster over the years up to v5. After that changes worsened the functions and now its sub only. I went in for a sub last year but dont see $79 a year for this. Tried ADSR and the updated Waves Cosmos (PC user here). Ive seen XO but is this a product that would do what I want?. Anything else youve used come to mind?LoveEnigma18 wrote: Sun Sep 22, 2024 2:10 pmCool. I saw it 34 EUR or something so I wondered how come $49, but it was still low enough to comment on the price.wayford wrote: Sun Sep 22, 2024 12:58 pmEDIT: Scratch all that! XO is $40, not $49 for me. Insane.
I wonder if there's a v2 of it planned soon? Otherwise that really is an all time low price.
Then we have Triaz, which I was always curious about, but it's twice the price of XO right now and I believe it doesn't have the same sample map/AI matching to the same extent.
Yeah, we all have been waiting for XO V2 for a long time now, but it may finally hopefully be around the corner.
Triaz is great too, but I find it's UI a bit difficult to get around with. Better to wait for a sale on Triaz. Their new library Drift is awesome though.

XO for one-shots or ADSR Sample Manager for both one-shots and loops are good options. XO $40 sale is over by the way. It was the best opportunity for anyone that did not have it and wanted it.Kurdish Mayfield wrote: Mon Sep 23, 2024 6:34 pmQuestion about this. Komplete Kontrol 3 software is also nice if you have/use it especially if you are into NI Expansions (you can add your own one-shot and loop samples to User category), but the current version unfortunately doesn't support sample drag and drop. Since Kontakt 8 has brought this feature back, I am hoping Komplete Kontrol software too will get back the same soon.
I love the Splice app. Defeats the purpose I know, but I wish it allowed to import our own samples.

"Thanks for your message and sorry for the late reply.
The team are working on adding end dates back to the "Deals" page, so expect to see them return in the near future.

Does anyone know if the current Filterscape offer with Bitwig is tied to purchase, registration or both. Just asking as I have an 'additional' upgrade in hand that I bought back during their 10 year sale. If I register that now do I get a Filterscape license? Or would it only apply to licenses I only purchase now (just asking as the license is available via upgrades you purchase via third parties like jrrshop, but that could be down to a particular set of license keys having it available)

I also requested the deal start dates. The way it is now the Deals page is unusable for me. It's better for my wallet though.ChamomileShark wrote: Tue Sep 24, 2024 12:35 pm Just got a reply back from Plugin Boutique re the deal end dates

I believe it's tied to registration date, not purchase date. However, definitely check with them directly, don't take my word for it.chrisstiles wrote: Tue Sep 24, 2024 12:53 pm Does anyone know if the current Filterscape offer with Bitwig is tied to purchase, registration or both. Anyone have a guess when Cubase 14 might be expected? I don't know what their typical release schedule is.
EDIT: Might as well as add... When Absolute 7?

The categorization in cosmos is excellent but there are so many usability issues that I don’t think it’s worth the hassle. Also Waves can go eat digital dirt.

I've picked up a few u-he licenses this way, registering a previously purchased upgrade so I don't see how this would be any different although I haven't done it personally with filterscape this time around so please don't take that as a definitive yes!chrisstiles wrote: Tue Sep 24, 2024 12:53 pm Does anyone know if the current Filterscape offer with Bitwig is tied to purchase, registration or both. When you register a Bitwig license (new or upgrade) within the promo timeframe you will receive a Filterscape license from U-He. Doesn't matter where or when you purchased it.Uncle E wrote: Tue Sep 24, 2024 3:43 pmI believe it's tied to registration date, not purchase date. I will never forget when waves almost held all their long time customers out to dry. I am glad they reversed it but to do that at all was terrible.Greenstorm33 wrote: Tue Sep 24, 2024 8:50 pm The categorization in cosmos is excellent but there are so many usability issues that I don’t think it’s worth the hassle. It is tied to registration date, at least in my case. I bought the upgrade while on sale before Christmas [Dec 23, 2023) from JRRSHOP and sat on it until this past Sunday. I got the U-he Filterscape codes the next day via email. They didn’t show up immediately so I thought I was out of luck but they appeared and I have registered Filterscape.

But now the upgrade item is gone and the only good thing this time is gone.
