I just checked, and you're right: the "Support" link on their site only points to KVR. That said, they're usually fairly quick to respond to messages, though I don't know how quick they are on weekends.

If you have a specific question, you might consider posting it here (or in a more appropriate thread). You might get a quick response from a fellow KVR member.
