So, here's a multi-step hardware deal that is causing my GAS to,uh, inflate today. Will be mostly of interest to guitarists.

First off, here's a YT preview of an upcoming update to the Tonex software and hardware. No rollout date given. It makes Tonex an actual viable package all on its own, imho. It greatly expands capability, adding, among other things, delay and modulation sections.

I have Tonex SE already, which is all you really need for in-the-box, since it can download a bazillion models from ToneNet.

However, I'm getting into hardware modellers lately. The pedal includes a license for Tonex Max software, which is selling for $99 right now, in case you don't have the software yet and are interested.

The Tonex pedal retails for $399 everywhere. It is much respected and much bought. If you buy it directly from IKM, you can use JamPoints to discount the price by up to 30%. We all have some JamPoints, but maybe not 120 of them.

I use my Tonex pedal almost every day. It's awesome. So great being able to get those high gain tones at any volume. I use it with the cabinet bypassed, into the effects return of my tube amp.
