You can send query and feedback to this active email address

MyCommerceClientSupportEMEA@digitalriver.com

They answered me once or twice from here
No payments here either. They don't seem to respond to support inquiries to those addresses anymore. I heard back from them via their new solution center and in their response it stated:

"We apologize for the inconvenience for the delay of your expected payment. Your July Sales payment will be scheduled to be release today (September 30). Please note, the monthly Account Summary report will now be issued per the terms of the Master Services Agreement. The report will be issued within 30 days of the close of the sales month. Your monthly payment will then be issued within 30 days of receipt of the Account Summary report. At this time, your August sales report will also be sent today."

We did receive the August statement, but there wasn't any payment notification nor any payment to be seen on our end. So I assume (or hope) the money has been sent out on September 30th without any further note and will show up in the next couple of days.

Best,
Ray

And again, anyone who has signed up with the old contract is not bound to the terms of the Master Service Agreement if that old contract does not relate to it. Our contract certainly makes no reference to any external terms and conditions, and payment date for us is still two weeks after the month.

(but no payments no more it seems...)

Have you noticed this in an email from them (09/24/2024):
Important: If you do not complete the KYC process, payments will be withheld until we receive the necessary documentation.
In worst case we will see our money in 2025?

Nobody got their money, regardless if they filled in any KYC or not.

I did not reveive KYC email (09/24/2024).

Hi Urs,

According to their support the "[...] July Sales payment will be scheduled to be release today (September 30)". We didn't, however, receive any payout notifiction nor did any of our money show up on our end and I guess it's the same for everybody.

It could well be the case that they did silently initiate the transfer yesterday and that the amount due will show on our accounts in the next couple of days. But still, this would indeed mean a breach of contract on their part.

I really wonder what the mess is all about and why changing the payout cadence should be required at all assuming their system is automated. Deep financial trouble perhaps?

I also agree about the fact that the old agreement doesn't refer to any external terms. They must be receiving a shit load of complaints and/or demand letters now. Rightfully so.

Best,
Ray

Well, their equity fund dropped out (as per our account handler with them), a private guy became the new owner, apparently slashed hundreds of jobs, reviewed and changed processes in what appears to be in line with what he's done to other companies before.

Oh dear, so it's definitely going to be downhill from here on. Thanks for relaying the info. Definitely, time to move to another service.

Same boat. Not saying anything more in case this goes to court. But we have temporarily closed our store. We are not dead and in no risk of dying from 2 or 3 months of lost sales, just really hoped I would work on actual products this week you know?

We are in discussions with a few MoRs and are taking manual orders using Paypal Invoices in the mean time. Its a PITA, but there is always a way to get our stuff if you need it!

Has anyone seen their payout at this point? I'm starting to doubt it's gonna happen at all.

Nope. I guess that they will wait until the end of the due diligence (end of 2024)...

Post

Just joined this forum because it's the only place I found people discussing this issue. Our company is affected too. 3 months of income frozen, and absolutely no information. We are trying to move to different mor, but this takes time. On top we sell also subscriptions, and will need to terminate all current one. A diaster.

You mention "due diligence" where do you have this info from? At the moment it looks there is no info whatsoever.

I tried to call Digital River GmbH they don't speak english (only german) and hung up .

I have completed Due Diligence aka KYC Know Your Customer but I neither have received any payments after 15th July

I was able to have a live chat contact with Digital River support.

They apologize for extended delay in issuing the payments. They are working with their Leadership Team to resolve the issue and they hope they will have an update soon. They do not have exact timeframe, however they will do follow up with the details shortly. As for now, they are waiting for further advise from their team. They let me know. "Rest assured that we will keep you posted".
