Yes,
MMC stands for Midi Machine Control. It allows Tracktion to be controlled by any standard MMC controller. This includes digital mixers and many USBV controllers. For example, the transport keys on my Novation XStation work great controlling Tracktion via MMC.
Tracktion 2 can also send MMC. This is important for post guys who may be using an external unit or another computer for their Video playback or for someone who wants to sync tracktion to an external recorder like a Mackie HDR. Tracktion can send MMC to start playback on the external unit. The external unit can send MTC (Midi Time Code) back to tracktion to chase. Of course, the oposite could also be done, send MMC to Tracktion and let it generate MTC.
This alows Tracktion to be used as a recorder/editor with an external mixer.
Lots of new options available.

OHHHH! SO I AM EXCITED THEN!
I actually wonder though, when using audition open, will it negatively effect the codes? because audition uses it as well....

Too much jargon, not enough 411.
My edirol prc30 now will allow me to ....let's say.....use a slider to control paramiter "x"? Does that mean midi learn like FL,SONAR,or 3700 other software programs?
Sorry, I have a terrible cold and need things more specific.

I'm excited about the broadcast wave import. Sometimes I use a friend's Tracktion for some recording and come to my own machine with the archive file on my Mini USB JumpDrive, and try to open the archive. It opens, but I have to copy and paste every track into the Edit. I have to position them all. Am I doing something wrong? If so, then I'll still be excited about it.
Also, when dragging a file from the clipboard viewer on the edit page, into, say Track 1, sometimes it puts several copies of the file I'm dragging into different places in the song, usually five or six minutes into the song. I have to search them all out and delete these extras. Does anyone have this problem?
