I'm glad I got to check it out before the video went private. Thomann Music currently has the Studio One Pro 6 crossgrade listed for $138. Anyone knows if that is the lowest price around? Also when does that price expires? Thanks in advance.

Summary: anything can be used with the clip launcher.

Yes, video also show a new (at least I think it's new) way to change the loop point on your clips as well. Basically you can loop a clip like Ableton and then from the arrangement timeline you can change the loop point dynamically. Looked pretty cool.

This actually looks pretty good… maybe not a complete game changer but certainly a novel implementation…I think this may be a very good update that makes S1 very hard to beat at 5he new entry price….it really does seem to hav3 everything now but manages to do it with a great relatively window/clutter free GUI.

Even a whole Studio One project (.song file)? That would actually make the clip launcher useful to me, as I could load up a whole set and go from song to song automagically.

Anyone know if Presonus ever mentioned anything regarding backing up user midi devices / and settings in v7 ?
I find it pretty terrible, that after 6.6 versions in 15 years, you still can't create back up midi controller setups for your midi devices, and back them up / store them, and bring them over from your desktop , to say your laptop, or another studio. I'm not sure why so many users are just cool with this.
Cubase which is my Main DAW now has Midi Remote which makes backing midi devices a breeze. Presonus needs to really update this ASAP.
