Mulab Commands?

I image the Mulab command line is for debugging etc. Is there any documentation on the command line? Or is there anything that the command line can do, that would be even remotely useful to an end user (like on the fly changes to Mulab settings, without entering preferences/setup).

No there is no documentation for it. It's only (and rarely) used in very specific cases, and indeed sometimes for debugging. If the command line would host options that would be generally useful to the user, such options would be in a context menu, not hidden in the command line.
