Does anybody know for sure if their current mailing address is:
1. Wiesenhuettenstrasse 11, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Germany
or the one that they state on credit note:
2. Scheidtweilerstr. 4, 50933 Cologne, Germany
Their web site lists both addresses: https://order.mycommerce.com/info/legal_notice
NB Interesting development: the LG online shop (in PL) now displays top banner with red background saying "We have temporarily disabled the ability to purchase from the LG Store. You can find LG products in the LG Brand Store and with our partners. We apologize for the inconvenience and invite you to visit us again soon" FYI: they were using Digital River Ireland.

If that is the case, it really is a big mess.

Their registered office has been in Frankfurt since 2020. But the credit notes still carry the Cologne addresss.
I sent my termination in a registered letter to Cologne, and according to the tracking, it is being forwarded to somewhere else (Frankfurt supposedly).

I think we may be unwitting pawns in a much bigger game. Digital River was a reseller for Kaspersky anti-virus which apparently was recently banned in the US (I did not know that). DR has been offering cross-grades to a competitor product but I would think thousands (millions?) of people have been cancelling their Kaspersky subscriptions.
(apologies, someone said all that earlier)

Here: https://www.handelsregister.de/rp_web/welcome.xhtml you can find digital river gmbh through "normal search", just make sure to set "contain all keywords" radio button.
There are two (seems to me) daughter-companies in the EU for the US-based Digital River:
1) Digital River GmbH
2) Digital River Holding GmbH
I got an agreement with the first one. I guess only the EU customers of DR have the agreement with them, while the rest with the MInnesota-based DR.
Anyway, the "AD" document for "Digital River GmbH" tells the current state of the company. When you download it, it is stamped with current time. In the bottom, there's a date of last change: 11.09.2024. The document says:
There's also their share capital (?) sorry, I don't know how it's called in English:b) Sitz, Niederlassung, inländische Geschäftsanschrift, empfangsberechtigte Person, Zweigniederlassungen:
Köln
Geschäftsanschrift: Wiesenhüttenstraße 11, 60329 Frankfurt am Main
The last change made on Sept. 11th is (CEO change):Grund- oder Stammkapital:
877.100,00 EUR
The actual date of change is: 16th of August 2024, when a document stating CEO change has been signed in Minetonka and submitted in paper form to the German authorities. To see it go to DK->Documents on register number -> Other deeds / documents -> Application -> Registration of 16/08/2024 and download the pdf.b)

The new Managing Director is "Murray, John Arthur" - who was the legal guy there before.
Here is his linked-in page. It still says he worked for Digital River but now he left. He was the legal guy.
There are some comments on the profile of other people and they all left happily in October apparently.....
we want our money guys ... You sold our products and did not pay for it

What's interesting about his linked in profile is that he brags that he:-
That sounds like his speciality is helping companies 'Exit'. Another word for 'shut down successfully' - where success is measured by the shareholders getting out comfortably. So. Sounds like DR planned their 'Exit' some time ago when they hired the 'Exit' expert.. . helped deliver successful exits for the four companies where I’ve previously been General Counsel:

According to the latest master contract that publishers have with DR, if you are in the US/Canada your agreement is with the Minnesota office, if you are outside US/Canada you deal with DR Germany (Cologne office in contract).
According to the same, DR has 60 days to pay from end of each month, so for July, payments should have been done by 30 Sep latest. If you haven't received the payment for the July month yet (all of us by the looks of it), you need to write to them asap, contract does not specify if by post or email or servicenow etc and they have 30 days to remedy.
After that, there will be all these unpaid credit notes outstanding that they sent (save your unpaid account report) and ALL publishers will chase their unpaid amounts with DR.

Hey. SonicCat. I looked at your site to view your products. Nice.
But your 'Buy' pages still take buyers to MyCommerce. Are you being paid?
