It seems that MPluginManager doesn't have sufficient permissions to create the required folder. I recommend downloading and re-installing the latest MPluginManager setup for macOS from the following link: https://www.meldaproduction.com/downloads
, and then reinstalling the app. During the installation process, MPluginManager will create the folder (installation setup has maximum permissions) and assign all necessary permissions, which should prevent this issue from occurring again.
